Frequently Asked Questions
The sliding mechanism is covered for 2 years and the mesh for 1 year, against faults in the parts and workmanship. Everyday wear, accidental damage and openings exposed to direct rain are not covered. If anything sticks or jams within the warranty period, message us and we’ll arrange a service visit.
Installation is typically arranged about 2 weeks after your order is confirmed.
We do not recommend leaving screens exposed to direct rainfall. Fine mesh naturally holds water droplets, which can lead to indoor splashing or overflow during severe downpours. We inspect your window exposure during the free site visit and will advise if a location requires special consideration.
A main door is $580. A small or toilet window within 0.7m width and 1.5m height is $280. ¾-height windows are $50 more per panel. The $180 panel price covers half-height windows.
Yes to both. Air passes through the mesh — how much depends on the mesh grade, the size of the opening and the breeze that day — and both grades are woven tightly enough to keep mosquitoes out of the fitted opening. Most homeowners find that trade-off far better than keeping the window shut.
Wipe the mesh with clean water and a soft cloth, and brush or vacuum the track — dust in the track is the usual reason a net starts to stick. Skip chemical cleaners and pressure washing, and slide it open and shut once a month to keep the mechanism smooth.
Yes. Window nets are built for window openings; door nets are built for walk-through openings — main doors, balcony doors, service yard doors — and are priced separately. Tell us which openings you have in mind and we’ll quote both.
