ZIPSQUARE product warranty info
ZipSquare Zip blinds are fully guaranteed against defective materials, manufacturing, and fabrication defaults. Please note that the ZipSquare Zip Blinds system is not a 100% air-tight nor water-tight solution and should not be expected to perform like windows/doors for full protection.
Warranty Duration and Coverage
1) 8 years warranty for Zip system, Brackets, Related Accessories and Parts only
2) 8 Years Warranty for Motor defects, 1-1 exchange for motors from brands; Dooya and A-OK.
3) 8 Years for ZipSquare Phifer fabrics for manufacturing defects
4) 8 Years free on-site servicing for Blinds Workmanship, Installation & Technical defects.
Warranty term & conditions
All Warranty is effective starting from the date of installation
Warranty is applicable to ZipSquare 1% openness and 0% openness fabric for manufacturing defect.
Labour charges is applicable for the ZipSquare Zip Blind System on the subsequent years of on-site servicing for defects.
Exclusion of warranty
– Accident
– Alteration
– Misuse
– Improper cleaning and maintenance
– Fabrics wear and tear and dyes normal fading
